Providing the highest level of endodontic care means that we see emergencies as soon as possible. If you have a patient that needs to be seen immediately, we will do our best to accommodate your request the same day on an urgent patient basis. Please contact us at one of our two office locations and our team will ensure that your patient is seen promptly by one of our doctors.
To refer a patient, please use our referral form. You may either provide to your patient, email or fax a copy to our office. If you need more referral form pads for your office, please call or email us and we will send more promptly.
